One thing we learned about Wawona, on the south end of Yosemite National Park, is that it has a nice hotel along with…a golf course! Wayne and a couple of the other Corpsmembers took advantage of the opportunity and went and shot a few holes after work once or twice. This generated one of my favorite Yo2-isms of the season:
“What? You mean you didn’t bring your golf clubs to Backcountry?!”
